Register for a U-Pass

Current eligible full-time students and benefits eligible faculty, staff, post docs & fellows, must first log into our secure page in order to request a U-Pass. The U-Pass must be renewed each semester for students and annually for faculty and staff.

            The Faculty/Staff FY10 U-Pass is valid from June 8, 2009 - June 30, 2010 (annual)

             If you do not know your WUSTL KEY ID and/or password, please contact the helpdesk at 935-5707.

The HRMS system may take a few seconds to authenticate and you could see an empty screen during that process. Please DO NOT use the refresh button on your browser, as that could cause further delays.

            The Student Spring U-Pass is valid from January 1, 2010 - May 31, 2010
