Fill out this form if you need to request reserved parking spaces for an upcoming meeting or event.
- Parking and Transportation cannot guarantee spaces will be available, we will do our best to accommodate the requests received.
- Please allow 10 business days for processing.
- Forms must list a business purpose.
- Do not submit a request unless your department is prepared to pay for all charges related to your reserved parking request.
- Forms must be signed off by a Department Head or higher (Director level or higher) and they will be notified when this request is received.
- Reserved Parking is billed one month behind, they will be billed via internal service delivery in Workday.
- If there is a change to your event do not submit a new form, please contact parktrans@wustl.edu and a representative will work on updating your request.
- Cancellations must be made 3 business days prior to the date of your event. Cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to the event will be charged the fees associated with the original event request.
