Vehicle Services

WashU Parking and Transportation Services and WashU Police Department offer a Motorist Assist Program (MAP) for those stranded on the Danforth, North, South and West campuses due to a dead battery or vehicle lockout.

If you need assistance, please contact WUPD at 314-935-5555 (or use an emergency campus telephone) and a member of the Parking and Transportation Services team or WUPD personnel will be dispatched to help, 24 hours a day.

Please note you will be asked to produce identification to ensure you are permitted to access the vehicle in question as well as to sign a Waiver of Liability.

If the dispatched team member is unable to help, he or she will provide you with information about other services available in the area.
