Request Event Parking

Please complete this form to request parking spaces for a meeting or event or if you represent a university department and need to request validations to distribute to visitors. Departmental charges for guest validations will only be incurred when the validation is used and only for the amount of time the guest is parked.  All request forms should be submitted in as far in advance as possible to allow for proper planning and notification. We suggest at least 10 business days of advanced notice. Due to the East End Project, parking on the Danforth Campus is extremely limited. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee parking space reservation or services; approval is based on availability.  Please retain your confirmation from the Parking & Transportation Office regarding this reservation once it is received.

Given the limited nature of parking, we encourage you to seek and make use of alternative parking and transportation plans for requests needing a large amount of parking during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. wherever possible.  Though we are an open park environment 5 p.m. – 7 a.m., large groups (those of 10 or more) must still register for parking with Danforth Parking and Transportation Services.
