Accessible Transportation
Provides specialized service to students, faculty, staff and visitors who have a disability or a medical condition and need assistance getting around the Danforth Campus. Pre-authorization required. This service does not provide transportation to or from off campus locations.

Operating Hours
The service operates only during the academic session, Monday through Friday. The first trip of the day is at 7:30 a.m., and the last request for service will be accepted at 5:20 p.m.
Eligibility
You must obtain pre-authorization from Disability Resources or the Habif Health & Wellness Center to use the medical escort service. To learn more or to obtain pre-authorization, please call Disability Resources at 314-935-5970, or the Habif Health & Wellness Center at 314-935-6666.
Requesting Transportation
Once authorized, you may request needed transportation via our TripShot app. To book a medical escort ride:
- Download the TripShot app from your app store and login using the service name “WashU” and your WUSTL Key.
- Choose “On Demand” and tap “Where would you like to go”. Using WashU building names, add your origin and destination.
- Review both entries and times entered before clicking “Request Ride” to confirm your trip.
Services are operated on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort is made to serve all passengers requesting service in a timely manner.
