Campus2Home Shuttle

A safe ride home after dark for those within the shuttle route boundaries.

Campus2Home Shuttle

The Campus2Home shuttle provides a safe ride home between designated hours (see schedule below) daily from the Washington University in St. Louis Danforth Campus to off-campus residences in four designated areas. These areas are: Skinker-DeBaliviere, the Loop South, north of the Loop and just south of campus.

Shuttle vehicles are 12-passenger vans marked with the Campus2Home logo. The shuttle provides service one-way from campus to residences within our published boundaries.

Members of the WashU community are required to show their Washington University or contractor affiliate work ID to use the shuttle.

Where & When to Catch the Shuttle

May 21 – August 15, 2019 Alert: The Mallinckrodt bus plaza will close for repairs and will be relocated to the front of Simon Hall. All Metro and university shuttles will use this location. View the temporary bus plaza route.

The Campus2Home route was modified to accommodate the East End renovation. The service picks up passengers at Hoyt/Forsyth and then the Mallinckrodt bus plaza before starting its run, driving passengers directly to the front doors of their buildings. Shuttle drivers will wait and watch to make sure passengers get into their buildings safely.

The shuttle leaves Mallinckrodt every 30 minutes, at the top and bottom of every hour during operating hours, which are between 9 p.m. and 4 a.m. during the academic year.

Over winter, spring and summer breaks, only one Campus2Home van is in operation. During these windows, pick up at the Mallinckrodt bus plaza occurs at the top of each hour between 9 p.m. and 2 a.m.

The service can be tracked in real time via the WUSTL Mobile app.

Shuttle Route Boundaries

Skinker-DeBaliviere, the Loop South, north of the Loop and just south of campus were chosen as the neighborhoods to be served by the Campus2Home shuttle because they house large populations of WashU community members.
